All property owners are automatically granted membership at Whitetail Club, and enjoy the long list of amenities within the community and at Shore Lodge. Owners may choose between a Resident Full Membership and a Resident Social/Sport Membership. Resident Full Membership is designed around the avid golfer and includes unlimited play, preferred tee times and expanded guest privileges. Resident Social/Sport members have access to all community and recreational amenities, with certain limits on golf course play.

Whitetail also offers individuals the opportunity to become non-resident members and enjoy many -- though not all -- of the access and privileges of Resident Full members. Non-resident membership is by invitation only.
